AWT offers Move Management services for customers who have decided to entrust these services to a professional who has been specializing in international moves for over 33 years. 

Move management means delegating your requests for international removals, additional services such as insurance or ancillary costs, and relocation requirements, to AWT in order to limit costs and relieve your internal departments.

Your internal department is in contact with a dedicated AWT employee who manages all expatriation requests on your behalf and sends you a follow-up report.

AWT was one of the first French companies to be awarded the Ernst & Young, the FAIM certification for the quality and seriousness of its work. (The only reference in the international moving industry).

AWT is part of FIDI  (Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs internationaux), which enables it to be able to coordinate all international moving requirements worldwide, even those that don't pass through France.

SELECTION OF REMOVAL SERVICE PROVIDER :

Recommendation of the best proposal

Thanks to its FIDI network (the largest qualitative network of international movers), AWT offers the following services:

  • Estimate the volume and draw up a quote from 2 or 3 movers in the country of departure
  • Competitive bidding for movers and review of quotes
  • Recommendations on choosing a mover that respects policies and employee preferences

MOVING COORDINATION :

Administrative management by a dedicated employee

A dedicated AWT employee is your single point of contact for managing your expatriates/impatriates. He or she reports monthly on the progress of your expatriations.

This dedicated member of staff also assists expatriates with their move from A to Z, with personalized follow-up:

  • Coordination and monitoring of all stages of the move (packing, transport, customs and delivery)
  • Help in preparing the various documents required for customs clearance
  • Organization and management of furniture storage if required
  • Damage management
  • Regular transmission of information to your departments

MANAGEMENT OF SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS :

Furniture storage and insurance

AWT's all-risk, no-deductible insurance covers every expatriate's move, no matter where in the world they're moving from or to.

Thanks to its FIDI network, AWT is able to store the expatriate's belongings in a furniture repository in any country. Each storage facility complies with strict safety and cleanliness standards, in line with the FAIM reference system, the only existing standard in international moving. We mainly use movers who are affiliated to FIDI, and therefore possess this quality standard.

Thanks to its affiliation with the Bienvenue Network (sociétés de relocation indépendantes implantées dans le monde), AWT offers you additional relocation services throughout the world, whether you're leaving or moving to a new location.

Each company has access to our tracking site, so that we can keep track of the number of expatriates under management and the progress of each case.

Similarly, each expatriate can track his or her move on our tracking site. This enables them to find out instantly the status of their move.

There's no substitute for the human touch, and our dedicated team is on hand to answer any questions you may have at any stage of your move.
