Corporate Social Responsibility of AWT

For many years, AWT has been committed to its social responsibility at all levels: economic, environmental and social and in all its services.

AWT chooses its suppliers according to their quality of service but also their CSR policy. The FAIM quality standard that we have requires us to :
- integrate a strict policy respecting human rights,
- have a social policy taking into account non-discrimination, diversity and other important criteria
- have an economic policy based on anti corruption among other things
- an environmental policy
- ….

Our employees are aware of this and the whole team works to constantly improve procedures.

Most of our partners also have FAIM certification.

AWT is rated silver medal by ECOVADIS

ECOVADIS rates the CSR policy of companies on their business ethics, respect for human rights, environmental policy, finance, choice of suppliers... and anything that may concern a social policy of the company.

AWT has implemented an environmental policy on all its services and continues to improve the measures put in place :

As an international mover, AWT is required to provide information on the CO2 volume generated for each move. CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR DATA AND INFORMATION

AWT respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it.

  • We undertake to limit the use of your personal information only to allow us the proper management of your file (customs, delivery, etc.) and to limit access to this information.
  •  We do not keep personal data and we destroy all documents/personal data in accordance with our internal policy and applicable laws.
  •  We only allow accredited employees to access personal data, and our employees are trained into our privacy policy.
  •  To carry out your move, we need to collect several personal information. This information may be provided by your employer or by yourself. 
  • The collection and use of your personal data are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  •  AWT has very strict rules for the collection, storage, protection and dissemination of your personal data, which you can find in our GDPR POLICY.

AWT HSE POLICY Health Safety Environment (HSE)

Our HSE policy aims to guarantee the health and safety of our employees but also of all AWT stakeholders such as our suppliers, customers and partners.

POLITIQUE DE CYBERSÉCURITÉ

AWT a mis en place sa politique de Cybersécurité pour répondre à un enjeu mondial et protéger les données de ses clients. AWT a adopté des mesures de lutte contre le cyber attaque et forme ses équipes internes sur le sujet. Notre prestataire en informatique nous guide sur le sujet et nous apporte les outils nécessaires pour gérer au mieux la Cybersécurité.
Les actions de prévention doivent garantir un meilleur niveau de protection des informations et de nos données, notamment informatique.
